Business Development Manager
Marta is an extremely ambitious and friendly individual with a varied business background. She is very customer relationship oriented and has worked in multinational businesses providing services in various languages and environments. She enjoys writing business strategies and implementing them, as well as working towards and surpassing targets.

At the hub, she is responsible for business development and customer success; in other words, she is the colleague that liaises with customers and brings new business to the space.

Freelance Business Advisor
Elsa has over 20 years of diverse experience in strategic business development, consulting, project management, mentoring, grants, loans and corporate sponsorship. She is a 'Trainer and Social Enterprise of the Year' Awards winner, and ran her own Centre of Excellence offering various business qualifications.

With a solid background as a consultant to the British Business Bank (Start-up Loans) and as an SME Business Advisor to the Government, she consistently demonstrates exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills by providing workable bespoke solutions to suit the needs of businesses at different stages of their business cycle.

Kathy Margerison |
Head of Programme and Partnerships
Kathy has over ten years' experience managing third sector projects including senior management roles at Oxfam - where she managed a 3m budget, 20 paid staff and 600 volunteers.

Outside of work, Kathy volunteers for the social causes that matter to her and has worked with Refugee Council, Samaritans and Creative Support. She is a trustee at Islington Centre for Refugees and Migrants

Kathy is responsible for the overall strategic direction of Seeds Hub, and oversees all programme work and the physical hub space.
